Paint blisters are bubbles which occur on a painted or other finished surfaces. Paint blisters most often occur with Acrylic and Latex paint finishes, though they can also occur with oil based paints.

Bleeding can be a problem when painting. Last summer, my family and I, repainted a room in east the end of our house. We chose a light pleasant shade of yellow to compliment the sunrise in the morning hours. 

I should probably mention that the previous theme of the room was a combination of bold, deep colors and after a short period of time, those bold & beautiful colors found their way to the surface and completely overtook the pretty shade of yellow.
